INFLUENCE
This step refers to your credibility with the people you know. Will they listen to you? Will they follow you?

If you called them on the phone and asked them to come to your house and listen to a Cieaura presentation would they do it?

Fortunately, everyone has some of this magical quality called influence. Good thing because this is a HUGE must have in MLM.

It’s true that each of us have different levels of this magical ingredient.

Wherever you are, take courage that you have enough to get started. Above and beyond that, make sure that you cultivate a culture of personal growth within your team.

This can include, mastermind groups, book a week programs and other commitments to helping each other grow.

BUILDING A CONTACT LIST
Despite what the internet marketing Gurus say, it’s important to contact everyone you know right off the bat and tell them about your new Cieaura business.

Once you’ve contacted everyone you know, odds are your business will be stuck unless you know how to consistently develop more relationships.

There are many ways to do this but the easiest way to develop more friendships is through the internet. Especially through social networking sites like Facebook and linked in.

A great goal is to connect with 2 to 3 people every day. This will ensure you’ve got a constant stream of people to share your business and products with.

EXPOSE THE PEOPLE ON YOUR LIST TO CIEAURA
This is one of the most important parts to building a successful and thriving Cieaura business. You’ll want to implement a system for sharing this company with people that

1) Will work if a dud does it to a stud
2) Be so easy that a dog with a note in his mouth can make 10K per month doing it.

Here are some strategies that have worked very well for me.

First, teach yourself and your team to never ask if people are interested. Instead, always ask if they are “open”. No one is interested but everyone is open.

Most people will say “yes” to the question.

Next step… don’t be your own road block.

It’s easy to get excited about Cieaura and start flapping your jaws. The problem with this is that even if you are good at this, the people you recruit won’t be, and so you’ll never have any duplication.

The minute your prospect tells you that they are open to looking, tell them when your next live cieaura presentation is. Let 1 person (the presenter) be the expert. That way the whole team does not have to become experts.
