Here’s an interesting thought.  In my experience, sadly, all too few IT departments take the time to think this through, work out plans to mitigate what may happen, and monitor the process so errors get caught by the IT staff before the CEO calls to announce he has lost all his email.

Of course, you can run it any way you wish … I just personally think it is better to take advanatage of free training and do the job smarter.
