Merry Christmas — and Here’s a Gift
I know, I know this site hasn’t been doing much and you hardly know me … so I’m going to give you a gift? Well yes i am, and yes, there’s a sales page, but that’s ok … you don’t need to buy a thing. What you do need to do is click on the gold key … and you need to read the report. In a week it is 2008 … and I know you hate that job of yours and I know you want to make more money, work less, and help people as you do … so what do you have to lose? read the report and if you decide “it’s not for you” … at least you’ll know. If you don’t look at it … you’ll never know.
I can guarantee Jim Daniels, the fellow who is providing this report is on the up and up. See what you think.

A New year’s Resolution You Will Love Keeping
Introducing the new Double-Take 5.0
Double-Take 5.0 is the only disaster recovery product to combine continuous data replication and full server protection:
A combination that eliminates the need to install and maintain applications, patches and configurations on the standby server for disaster recovery. Furthermore, the new Full-Server Failover feature allows customers to use Double-Take for quick and painless migrations between different types of server hardware or virtual machines.
Key new features include:

“We have peace of mind knowing that not only is our data protected, but our operating system and applications are protected as well. In the event of an outage, our business can be up and running in a matter of minutes without data loss or disruption to our normal workflow.”

Told Ya So
I haven’t been posting here for ages, perhaps I should … just not enough of me to go ’round it seems … which is hard to believe looking at my waistline *sigh*
Anyway, the hot item on the make money blogs over the past few days has been the offical announcement of the demise of AGLOCO.
Famous blogger John Chow and I have had a word or two in the past on this subject … here’s what I posted in John’s comments section today:
John, in his very clever (and forthright … he told us how he was making money via AGLOCO several times, even before the tool bar launched …) way made money off this pig in a poke and frankly, I’ll wonder at his business acumen if he _doesn’t_ make a move to take AGLOCO over. More than 9 months ago John and I had a minor clash on some other blog’s comment section where he insulted me big time … accused me of having a J*O*B … but that’s ok, I forgive him, most peopkle reading here are still suckered in by the great American job scam.
But AGLOCO still represents a _huge_ value … 100k plus double-opt-in verified propects who certainly had enough interest in earning money to go through the signup process. That is indeed a valuable property. Just a one time list rental should be worth a fortune … and under the laws of China, where AGLOCO is incorporated, completely legal.
I’m not even maintaining this blog anymore, but a few might be interested in what I wrote back in March

Like any confidence scheme, MLM scam, etc., it is impossible to be taken in if you are not trying to earn money for nothing … may serve as a useful lesson for some in the future. “Money for Nothing” only seemed to work for Dire Straights.
I wrote about AGLOCO here several times and thos of you surprised by the announcement of AGLOCO’s demise might want to read what i wrote … not to show off … I’m no smarter than the average guy … probably less … but if you apply the litmus test of avoiding something for nothing scams, you’ll be money and time ahead.
